 * I have the exact same problem using the same versions too.
 * I can upload, install and upgrade themes and plugin.
    but if I use your very 
   useful plugin appears the same issue: “Unable to initialize WP_Filesystem. Will
   not proceed with the upgrade.”
 * Is there a fix yet?
