 * It was the latest version of the plugin form here. I had just installed it 11-
   18-15. There was definitely no authorize.net gateway, only PayPal options. And
   I was definitely getting a cheating uh? Message when I tried to add a fourth 
   level. I added the plugin via my WORDPRESS dashboard so I don’t know. Didn’t 
   have time to wait so had to get pro so I could move forward last night. Just 
   repeated install on another site and it does have the authorize.net so apparently
   There was an issue on setup. The best I can tell the issue was due to making 
   changes outside the setup wizard. My sincerest apologies.
