 * I think I figured it out. I activated it as a network plugin and it wasn’t creating
   the cache folders for each blog, even after adding the httaccess rules. I decided
   to turn it off network wide and turned it on a blog by blog basis. That seemed
   to fix it. Not sure if the plugin is intended to work network wide or not.
 * Frederick, I did check the install tab and added everything I saw there to my
   httaccess file, but was not able to get it working. Let me know if you agree 
   with this work around or if you think I should do it differently so as to make
   the plugin work at its best.

 * If you’re using (mt) Media temple, drop the php.ini file in the “etc” folder.
   That should do it.
