 * Due to the fact, that somehow the issue is not resolved, is there a way to export
   the already written glossary Items, so we don’t lose the hours of work?
 * Or another question, would the premium version of your tool be able to resolve
   the issue?

 * sadly, those suggestions didn’t help fix the issue. The last solution isn’t an
   option, due to the time we invested in creating the Glossary.

 * Hi there, 
   thank you for the reply, that setting indeed helped with the call 
   to action widget. But we are still experiencing weird behaviour of the following:
    - On some tooltips the excrept is just random characters
    - And in the earlier Settings, we were able to exclude headlines to be tooltiped.
