 * Hi, thanks for the replay.
 * I’ve tried option 1 before, which results in the user being redirected to the
   thank you page normally, but the submission is not written to the database and
   the letter is not sent. Do you have any other suggestions if I enable Ajax Submit
   option?
 * further, I don’t use any caching or optimizing plugin, should I adjust it in 
   my server? I use blue host sever.
 * This exception usually occurs on mobile phones, when the user first goes to the
   submission page. When I did a refresh, the exception went away.
