 * Same problem. Installed correctly, displays correctly, but returns “”No items
found”. I’ve had multiple users login and logout but still no data in log. It’s
a really useful plugin – I hope we can solve this. It may help to know that user
login is through front end using Ultimate Member plugin.

 * I have just encountered this problem after two simultaneous events. The first
was the installation of a Comodo EV SSL certificate, and the installation/activation
   of Woocommerce Maintenance Mode plugin.
 * I de-activated the plugin, and ran the manual update, which return the same error.
 * Is there an update coming with this a user-set parameter? Can I manually edit
the code to comment out the SSL validation? Any other suggestions?
 * I don’t want to update to WordPress 4.3 without a backup. I can use another plugin,
but would prefer to stick with BackUpWordPress.

 * Don’t know if it helps, but I left the “end” date field blank and nothing worked.
I put an end-date in – and the whole world opened up to me.

 * This has just been identified as a problem on our site: [http://www.empirebay.net/community/](http://www.empirebay.net/community/)–
I keep all of our plugins up to date – is there a resolution yet?

 * Well, folks – problem solved by experimentation driven by desperation. The public
root .htaccess file was empty and therefore not running PHP. Copied .htaccess
paramenters from another functioning wordpress site and all OK. Anyone reading
this treat Bulletproof with great caution – it’s probably best used by someone
with the skills sufficient no to actually need. A dangerous weapon in the hands
of those who need it most.
