As to firefox finding all kinds of problems with it. What browser are you using? Are you using WordPress on a separate server or hosted by WordPress? Have tried disabling other plugins? What theme are you using? I have gone ahead and removed this file for you and you should be able to set up WordPress now. * Fact is I did see that file but thought it was a requirement of “hosting” so in the future kill this file. Some FTP clients wont let you see that file so be careful to use the FTP client.
