 * it has never been necessary to change the useful life of the nonce. Why should
   I do it now? it is a problem of its complement.

 * Cache expiration in 10 hours is only a recommendation.
 * I don’t create new content regularly on my website. So it does not help me to
   put the cache to 10 hours. I need it in 48 hours or more.
 * Also, for a long time my page has worked normally with the same settings. I don’t
   understand why these problems are happening now.
 * any solution please?
