 * Hi folks, this issue is still happening and I have been unable to resolve it.
   I can find no pattern. At least one order every day posts as a fail and then 
   succeeds a minute or two later. The merchant processor has no record of a fail
   in these cases, they only show the success. They are sure it is an issue with
   this plugin. Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any ideas would be very much
   appreciated. Thanks so much.
