 * I have experienced the same problem with Limit Login Attempts Reloaded **Version:**
2.26.9 just as of today, and on numerous websites that I manage.
 * Most I have not logged into for days or even weeks, but I get the “too many failed
logins” message the very first time I try.
 * I have had to disable the plugin on 72 websites!
 * It seems to me to be directly related to the latest WordPress core update.
 * Is it possible the plugin has become incompatible?

 * I want to know the answer to this too.
It only happens when viewing the website
in MS Edge. It can be turned off by the browser user but I want a way to disable
it from the website. There must be a way because, as the OP said, it doesn’t
come up for images on sites like Amazon or Ebay, so how are they blocking it?

 * I reckon it is set up as a POP3 – I wonder if that is the cause?

 * Thank you so much for replying, seank123 and Margaret S.
 * I completely agree with what you both say.
If the emails go to even one device(
and they do) then the emails are working correctly.
 * That’s why I came here though, as a sort of last resort, because this issue just
   makes no sense what-so-ever!
 * Really tearing my hair out here because the client is certain that other emails
to the same email address go to all devices and swear it is ONLY the emails from
the website that only make it to one device.
 * They swear they have changed nothing, and I do believe them.
 * It’s a puzzle that I cannot find any answer to.

 * Get the plugin called “disable gutenberg” – works beautifully, and with over
100,000 downloads, I think may agree with you.

 * Get the plugin called “Disable Gutenberg”. I use it for every new site I build
because I too hate the new editor.

 * I tried all solutions here but nothing worked.
In the end, I disabled the “styles”
plugin. Now all displays ok, if a little less polished looking than before. All
my woocommerce sites were using twenty fourteen theme (with mods) and using the“
   fourteen styles” plugin.

 * The idea is to allow the mobile WordPress site to appear on the home screen of
   mobile devices, among the icons.

 * I’m not wanting to sell or even promote it.
All I want is to be able to give
customers the option of having an easy link on their phone. There was an old
plugin called “Add To Homescreen” (ATH) that used to achieve this but unfortunately
it is no longer compatible with the newer versions of WP. It simply created a
pop up message that said “would you like to add a link to xxx.com to your home
screen” and you clicked on it and it worked. That’s all I am looking for.

 * Ok – thanks.
So maybe my question should be what app builders work best with
   wordpress to achieve this result.

 * Well, maybe I’m not explaining this right, but thanks for your reply, Andrew.

The client has a site that is responsive and has a huge shop on it. Their customers
access it a lot from phones and tablets. However, that requires the customer
to either type in the URL to their browser, or have bookmarked it on their device
themselves. What I am trying to achieve is a link, on the website, that offers
an easy download to set up, on the customer’s phone or tablet, a single icon
that they can then tap for the next time they wish to shop. I have used a free
program to create an app that achieves the result, but I am wondering if there
   is an easier way.

 * Hi Sachin
Not sure if you solved this but I found your post because I was having
the same issue. WPtouch worked on several sites but on one the menus kept closing
after briefly displaying. I eventually solved it by updating to the latest version
of WordPress. Hope that helps anyone with the same issue.
