 * Thanks for the reply.
 * I have done the recommended step of saving the setting repeatedly after creation
   of custom shipping method but it still doesn’t work.
 * Regarding sharing the plugin, its a pro plugin shared only to the customers, 
   so I am a bit skeptical sharing it here. Please share a mail-id or a upload link
   to share it privately with you.
