 * I followed all the steps on “Upgrading WordPress – Extended Instructions”. I 
   replaced all the files with the new ones in my ftp. Is there any code I should
   change? What should i do?

 * Hi I have the 2.2.1 version of wordpress installed in my blog [http://www.blog.luisurculo.com/](http://www.blog.luisurculo.com/)
   
   I made the manual upgrading to 4.3 version following the “Upgrading WordPress–
   Extended Instructions”on but nothing happens, my admin panel looks the same:
