 * Hi James,
    Thank you so much for your response. Unfortunately the people who 
   created the theme have been very unhelpful so I thought I would reach out to 
   you. It looks like it is an issue that others experienced at different levels.
   According to what we can see, it looks like the theme stylesheet might have created
   a conflict with the original stylesheet. This is a problem we have been trying
   to resolve for the last two months with them and they just don’t seem to know
   how to resolve it. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
