 * I found the start option. I guess these questions are done. Thanks.

 * Yes, but how does one display entries from limit+1 to limit*2?
    Thanks.

 * Actually, I have resolved the issues with the theme table settings. Thanks.

 * Thanks – it was the “label” css for the page that had to change. I also tried
   the link you suggested, but MalwareBytes stopped me from using it.
 * The padding in the table is a little large, and I tried to change it as follows,
   but it did not work – as it messed up the table function.
 * [cfdb-datatable form=”Report” show=”Description,Submitter,Status,Steps,Behavior,
   Expected,Attachments” orderby=”Description,Submitter,Status,Steps,Behavior,Expected,
   Attachments” headers=”Description,Submitter,Status,Steps,Behavior,Expected,Attachments”
   editcolumns=”Description,Submitter,Status,Steps,Behavior,Expected,Attachments”
   id=”mytable” style=”#mytable th > td { padding: 5px 5px 5px 5px; }”]
 * Thanks for any help.

 * Thanks. My host is BlueHost and there is a tutorial on how to set the version.
   However, it states that
 * PHP 5.6 (Still In Beta Phase, use at your own risk.)
 * Would PHP 5.4 work?
 * Thanks.
