 * There are two parts to this question. The first is, once a user is logged in 
   to the Appointment Calendar, how does that user log out when finished making 
   an appointment?
    Since I don’t see a way for them to log out, they remain logged
   in. Clearing cookies and the browser cache works, but most users don’t know to
   do that every time they visit.

 * I don’t even know what you mean by that. Just running a video blog. All of them
   are dated the same, 6 months ago, with names like “pclzip-4cf6b4ce68493.gz”, “
   pclzip-4cf6bfeb85e8f.gz” etc.
