 * This is all well beyond my skill level. Doesn’t WordPress have support? All I
   want to do is get a new password so I can get in and update my site.

 * Thank you for the reply, but that seems to address a different issue. I’m trying
   to reset my password. I’ve now gotten responses from WordPress, but the link 
   they keep sending me gets a 404 error.
