 * I have been trying to figure this one out. I cannot find this file? Where would
   it be? Or do I need to create one? If so where do I put it?

 * I have version 2.9.1 and there is no .htaccess file. Does anyone know where to
   find it??
 * While I am already writing I might as well let you know what my issues are, I
   get an error 500 warning when I try to post something. But it still posted and
   everything has worked except that error pops up. I ignored it until now, and 
   now I CANT even post anymore. Does anyone know what to do? I can still login 
   but I can’t do much if I can’t post anymore. BTW I have a 1and1 hosting package.
