Even for a free plugin, this lack of support is enough for me to never consider purchasing any of the paid versions from this developer or even continue using the free tier. I see that now. I’m glad that you are making it clearer. * We are still having the problem with the size of the modal though. Even if we select “small”, the modal runs to the bottom of the screen/window. It looks OK, but if you prefer a large X and background (and we do), then the circle becomes more squared off as you increase size. This is all acceptable. * However, when we display the modal on our site, it looks completely different. I can add my own rating and criteria and I can also allow site visitors to do the same. * There are three plugins, and one is now free (I believe) and should be enough to meet most requirements.
