 * I also have the same issue. I disabled the plugin and it still caches, I am using
   other plugins to cache in the meantime. The plugin adds 2 seconds to the “Time
   To The First Byte”. I noticed I cannot toggle the settings for the plugin. I 
   wiped it from the database and the issue still persists. Disabing this plugin,
   the website performance significantly improves.

 * It appears the right slide in side bar is causing this because I also get a white
   block on the settings page when I try to edit the general settings.
