 * Hi barney1902,
 * The easiest way to do this will be to redirect [https://barneypartyaustralia.com/](https://barneypartyaustralia.com/)
   to [https://barneypartyaustralia.com/home/](https://barneypartyaustralia.com/home/)
 * I recommend installing and activating the Redirection plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/).
 * You can set up a 301 redirect, which will point users and bots to [https://barneypartyaustralia.com/home/](https://barneypartyaustralia.com/home/)
   instead of [https://barneypartyaustralia.com](https://barneypartyaustralia.com).
   That will also be good for SEO.
 * Based on your set up, there’s another option. You could also set [https://barneypartyaustralia.com/home/](https://barneypartyaustralia.com/home/)
   to be the homepage at [https://barneypartyaustralia.com/](https://barneypartyaustralia.com/)
   by following this guide: [https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-create-a-custom-homepage-in-wordpress/](https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-create-a-custom-homepage-in-wordpress/)

 * Hey satimis02,
 * I recommend following these **easy-to-follow instructions** from the WordPress
   documentation:
 * [https://wordpress.org/support/article/upgrading-wordpress-extended-instructions/](https://wordpress.org/support/article/upgrading-wordpress-extended-instructions/)
 * You will **not** have to delete the data and rebuild your local sites. All you
   have to do is **delete** the **old** WordPress core files and **add** the **updated**
   files, which you’ll find out how to do in the instructions **above**.
 * I also recommend that you **update** the **cloned** websites on your local PC**
   first** to make sure everything works as it should. Once you **confirm** that
   the updates work with your site, **then** upgrade your live sites.

 * bcworkz is also correct. Also, if you change the `div.menuport`, a lot of other
   elements need to be restyled. And once you change those, you’ll need to alter
   them for mobile sizes too because it messes up the menu and header when the device
   width reduces.

 * Hello missswain,
 * Could you please add the following code to the Themes > Customize > Additional
   CSS section of your WordPress Admin dashboard:
 *     ```
       #header {
           margin-bottom: 60px; /* Change the 60px to whatever you feel looks better (maybe 30px?) */
           position: relative;
       }
       ```
 * That should allow you reduce or remove the space directly below the menu on all
   pages.
 * Hello arnold0516,
 * Could you please resave your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks inside your
   WordPress Admin dashboard?
 * It could also be that a plugin or theme is causing a conflict. If the permalinks
   idea above doesn’t work, please try to **disable** all plugins, and use one of
   the **default** (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes **away**, enable them one
   by one to identify the **source** of your troubles.
 * If you can install plugins, **install** and **activate** **Health Check**: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   It will add a new **feature** under Tools > Site Health. On its **Troubleshooting**
   tab, you can **Enable Troubleshooting Mode**. This will **disable** all plugins,**
   switch** to a standard WordPress theme (if available), **allow** you to turn
   your plugins on and off, and **switch** between themes, **without** affecting
   normal visitors to your site. This allows you to **test** for various **compatibility**
   issues.
 * There’s a more **detailed** description about how to use the **Health Check**
   plugin and its **Troubleshooting Mode** at [https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/)
 * Hey Manoranjan,
   it won’t slow down your site like some other social media plugins do.
 * Hey mcarruba,
 * Could you please follow these **steps** to make it **easier** to change the times
   on your site, which you’ll be able to do **automatically** for the 10 locations**
   instead** of **manually** 50 times:
    1.  **Install** the [Shortcoder](https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcoder/), which
       should allow you to **add** and **easily** edit the times using shortcodes.
       You can create 10 **separate** shortcodes, one for the time at each location.
    2.  **Install** the [Search and Replace](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-replace/#description)
       or [CM On Demand Search And Replace](https://wordpress.org/plugins/cm-on-demand-search-and-replace/)
       plugin to **find** and **replace** all of the **times** on your site with the**
       shortcodes** you just created. If the times are the same, you will end up **
       overwriting** the shortcode for that location. So you’ll need to be **careful**
       when **replacing** the times.
 * Hi jardah,
 * I see **permissions errors** in the information you provided. Could you please
   try to make sure that the **WordPress files and folders** have the **correct**
   file permissions using this guide: **[https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/](https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/)**?
 * If not, could you please **install** the **Health Check** plugin and let us know
 * Otherwise, I suggest **contacting** your new **web host** to see how they can
   to **help** a new customer even if they don’t offer free transfers.
