They already said they “have issues with automatic uploads” and they only offer a legacy and end of life version of PHP that could open your site up to potential security issues. * The recommended configuration for WordPress is **PHP version 7.4 or greater**. Though it should also work with **PHP 5.6.20+**, as explained here: [https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/](https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). * Also, did you make sure that the `public_html/wp/wp-includes/comment.php` exists on your hosting?
