Have moved for now to a different method of achieving the same. I don’t think that simply deleting the plugin (or moving it) adequately cleans up the environment. The line 27 fatal error has been my most recent and the subject of this forum message. * My only recovery at this stage has been to FTP/Browse the wp-content directory and remove the plugins one by one to see which one fixed the problem and at this stage, I have removed Shortcodes-ui and I can log back in and the site functions again. This seemed to be the only way to fix it for now. I am not sure if this is due to the order they were installed, or the order in which each plugin accesses variables, or the cleanliness that each plugin disables itself in the event of being removed etc. * I am mainly using shortcodes-ui as the most convenient way I have found so far to create a single copy of URLs to be used on the site, so if anyone or the author of the plugin has a more simpler and more compatible way to do this it would be great to know. * Still not sure which way to proceed as I have a need for all three plugins. Is one of these plugins using some function that conflicts with others? I would assume that ‘Show Duplicate Posts’ is probably a default setting in many themes and your ‘Hide Duplicate Posts’ is a good SEO option – the choice to ‘ Show Duplicate Posts’ most likely breaks some of the SEO recommendations, but I will need to decide which way I will go with this – at least I have a choice and know where it is set. * Nice to know there is no bug in the code of my posts or something. The first 4 posts in the Recents Tab are from Jan/2011. For the months of Nov2010, Dec2010 and Jan2011, my blog only shows one or two posts, but there have been many more. Oct2010 displays fine in the Tabbed sidebar Archives. * I did upgrade about 2 weeks ago to 3.x and the latest Suffusion theme to see if that would fix it – clean up some of the code or convert badly saved posts or something. * I created another 3.x MU site and imported the exported posts in xml and the problem still persists on a totally new site, with no other content or random directory issues. * I looked at some other posts – [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/moved-blog-to-root-directory-archives-stopped-working?replies=5](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/moved-blog-to-root-directory-archives-stopped-working?replies=5) to see if this was relevant, and still, as far as I can tell it is not. * If I switch themes, (eg. default 2010) and the archives for those months are fully populated. If I switch back to suffusion, only some of the posts appear. I have tried the wpmu-new-blog-defaults and this works fine – Thanks. * Q2. Thanks Sayontan for this. I had tried it once and it didn’t work, so when I rechecked where I had put the exported PHP and it was the same path, so I tried it again on a new blog and it worked, almost all features came accross. One part of the skinning didn’t so I will investigate that. I was expecting to see something under blogs.dir, but obviously not. It is still a mystery under 3.0.1 MU where these are stored for each site – do they become tables and the PHP is only an interim step to make import/export work? This is a great feature BTW.
