 * Following your steps, issue is now solved!
 * -I’m using Yoast Version 16.1.1
    -All other Plugins are up to date
 * Issue was coming from cache/cookies on Chrome.
    First I tried on Edge and it 
   worked, then I cleared cache/cookies on Chrome and it’s now working as before!
   I can edit my posts! Thank you for your support.

 * Just solved this by regenerating CSS in Elementor and WP Rocket.
