Since your plugin and W3TC have different purpose I thought it would be possible to use both at the same time. I forgot to mention that the error message I get is “Error codes: rewrites_cached”. * Yes, the W3TC plugin modifies the Nginx config file, and it tells me if I need to restart the server. If I modify the the Nginx config manually, then W3TC will re-insert its code and tell me to restart the server.
