 * The Events Calendar doesn’t have this capability, but they suggested a third 
   party plugin like this one:

 * The issue we’re having is with some people who reside and have their devices 
   set to the same time zone that our Calendar is in: GMT -5.
 * My iCal feed also works perfectly. But there are a number of people encountering
   problems, so something must be awry somewhere.
