I had to transferred my domain in new account of same service provider and I had followed this steps to remove BPS plugins 1) exported database and then imported into localhost db (after url conversion) 2) installed wordpress and current theme 3) Installed all previous plugin, ur plugin too then start to remove bps plugin from uninstall process then after uninstalling of bps plugin..
