   the technical team would take over as soon as you open a ticket, through which
   we can assist users promptly.”..be honest, the issue is not resolved; it would
   have the **potential **to be resolved. You have nothing to lose, if you have 
   faith in your technical team that they will find a solution then you will receive
   many complimentary reviews. Your policy is damaging your potential success.Change
   it and forge ahead!
