No need to attach the screenshot now. I understand where the problem is. * You need to have specific file permissions on your hosting server. Please get the PDO enabled and this shall start working. * If you have WHM or SSH access you can install it yourself. Or else you can request your hosting provider to do that for you. * Please let me know if this resolves your problem.
