 * Hi Bhavik,
    Thank you for that. I have looked again: the issue occurs where a
   customer enters a shipping address that is different to their billing address.
   If the two addresses are the same both appear; if not only the billing address.
   I have checked the shipping destination settings, these are as per your screenshot.

   Above changes the color of the X, how do I change the color of the round button?
