Re-activating plugin from renamed folder will cause you a whole bunch of troubles. * Cache could be in 3 places: 1. Caching plugins. 2. System Cache from your hosting provider. 3. Browser cache. * First delete ALL FOLDERS with ALL plugins that you were ever renamed. Then deactivate all cache plugins that you might have. Then try a different browser. Then please make sure your WordPress is NOT managed by some third party service, that sees your actions like an attempt to break your site and automatic ally restores it’s configuration.
