The problem is if they already have a bunch of tags, when they submit the form, they get labeled with “Tag #1” but all of their previous tags are deleted. Is this how it’s supposed to work or us there any way around this? * If you’re implying that I could add them to a new separate audience, that’s really not ideal because then I run the risk of sending out double emails when I send a campaign to my list. * Thanks for your help.
