 * This is not resolved; I’m having the same problem. It’s some kind of bug that
   you can’t select which account to use. the dropdown shows all my accounts, but
   clicking on them with a mouse does not work. I’ll try the keyboard method suggested
   above. Ok the keyboard method did work. And the Container selection process works
   fine – you can select it with a mouse. But the Account field is borked.

 * Ok, if it doesn’t support SSL URLs than that’s probably it (although it worked
   on the Canadian site which is also SSL)
 * I’ve since found another plugin that does work, so I’ll go ahead with that. Thanks
   for your time.

 * Umm no. That’s not a solution. I want to track outbound clicks; I don’t want 
   it generating false URLS. I have six sites configured exactly the same, and it’s
   not happening on all of them, moreover, I’ve been running this plugin for years
   and it only just started behaving this way.

 * I’m having this same problem. It worked fine on five of my sites, but I can’t
   get past this error on the sixth site.
