I installed the SMTP plugin, but even so, the canceled orders in the Woo account are not received for control, but the orders are shown as canceled. If you cancel manually, then they are received in the main email and the customer also receives it is a Woocommerce problem because the information always appears in the log. I changed it to Portuguese manually because when I tried to search for this phrase using Loco Translate in the WooCommerce plugin, it gave a fatal error and I had to deactivate Loco Translate. This is not a problem with the theme but with the e:mail server, if you use cpanel check the registered e:mail if “do not allow receipts” is selected, generally the server blocks this function due to false spam receipts.
