I didn’t set this plugin up originally, so would like to find a way not to have to set everything up again if possible. Is there a way to determine what role it thinks is the admin role by looking at the contents of this entry? I was unable to figure it out on my own, but thought maybe you could decipher it. I’ve enclosed the text for the entry below. If not, I’ll do the delete and start over. I can’t check the Admin access level because it won’t even let me into the Settings, which is my original problem. I’m assuming that’s where I’d check that. I don’t even see a heading for the PDB in the Admin dashboard on the left in WordPress. Is there a level of access above Admin, or is it tied to something other than an Admin’s role? I’ll try assigning myself all the other roles and see if it recognizes one of them. As I mentioned in my original post, I actually disabled every other plugin and the problem still occurs. Hopefully, just a temporary issue with the server. I appreciate the tips on what to look for if it happens again. Everything seems correct now, except that the Auto location feature doesn’t seem to be working, although it was at first. I see in your note on that feature that modern browsers require an https: connection in order for that feature to work. Is that something I can control on my end? * Thanks again.
