 * Hi There,
 * I am able to access the participants-database_options in the WP database and
   was getting ready to delete the entry, but noticed there is a bunch of setup
   stuff in there. I didn’t set this plugin up originally, so would like to find
   a way not to have to set everything up again if possible. Is there a way to determine
   what role it thinks is the admin role by looking at the contents of this entry?
   I was unable to figure it out on my own, but thought maybe you could decipher
   it. I’ve enclosed the text for the entry below. If not, I’ll do the delete and
   start over. I assume if I have to do that, that I won’t lose any of the entries
   that are in the database we setup and that the structure will still be there?
 * Thanks,
    Greg

 * Hi There,
 * On another admin account, I assigned it every single role in the system including
   Admin, and I still can’t get into the Participants DB. I can’t check the Admin
   access level because it won’t even let me into the Settings, which is my original
   problem. I’m assuming that’s where I’d check that. I don’t even see a heading
   for the PDB in the Admin dashboard on the left in WordPress. Is there a level
   of access above Admin, or is it tied to something other than an Admin’s role?
   Anything else I can change in the Admin’s profile to try and get it to let me
   in?
 * Thanks,
    Greg

 * Hi There,
 * Sorry, I forgot to make clear that I did check and I am marked with the Administrator
   role. I’ll try assigning myself all the other roles and see if it recognizes
   one of them. I’ll let you know if that still doesn’t work and I’ll comb through
   the history as well…
 * Thanks,
    Greg

 * Hi There,
 * Definitely logged in as an admin and can see everything else in my dashboard.
   As I mentioned in my original post, I actually disabled every other plugin and
   the problem still occurs. I’m at a loss as to how to proceed.
 * Thanks,
    Greg

 * Hi Tijmen,
 * You’re right, it’s working now. Hopefully, just a temporary issue with the server.
   I appreciate the tips on what to look for if it happens again. Everything seems
   correct now, except that the Auto location feature doesn’t seem to be working,
   although it was at first. I see in your note on that feature that modern browsers
   require an https: connection in order for that feature to work. Is that something
   I can control on my end?
 * Thanks again. Awesome plugin!
