 * Same issue here. Deleted plugin through FileZilla and website is fine now.

 * Changed the object-cache.php file name and no issues so far. Will let you know
   if that changes.

 * I just moved the site from a shared hosting server at Go Daddy to a managed WordPress
   hosting account at Go Daddy & that is when I got the error. I didn’t update the
   plugin or change any of the feeds / settings… everything was exactly the same
   as it was on the old server.
 * Go Daddy managed hosting accounts have a built-in caching system that I can’t
   turn off & I have a feeling the caching is the causing issue.

 * I hate to pile on, but I’m having the same issue after moving a site to a WordPress
   hosting account on Go Daddy. Happens sporadically. If I go into the feed settings
   and click on “save changes” the fatal error goes away.
 * Any thoughts?
