 * The issue appears only when trying to submit the order. It’s currently on test
   mode so you can try using test cards to replicate the issue.
    I’ve tried deativating
   the plugins, but it doesn’t work.
 * And with regards to WooLentor plugin, the site doen’t have this plugin.
    This
   issue is from [@radova777](https://wordpress.org/support/users/radova777/) issue
   which should have a separate ticket and its not related to my concern/issue.

 * Hi good day,
    As I mention on above, I already tried to enable the default theme
   and the Main theme already, and the registration works fine. So I figured out
   that the child theme is the culprit, but I’m not sure which causes the issue 
   since I already copied the form-login.php template. I’m not sure what triggers
   this error. Please advise. Thank you
