In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Nonce key is invalid*sorry, I meant ‘I am not getting a message `in the backend of the website:
PHP out of memory error. This may have affected WP Fusion’s functionality. Consider increasing the available memory on your site or deactivating some plugins. Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Nonce key is invalid@gvectors-team I updated to 7.3.7 and even though I am not getting the ‘nonce key is invalid’ notice anymore, I am not getting an error message in the backend of the website:
PHP out of memory error. This may have affected WP Fusion’s functionality. Consider increasing the available memory on your site or deactivating some plugins. Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)
/home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-user.php:521
When this has happened in the past, it seemed to suggest that there was a memory leak of some sort – when I revert back to 7.3.6, the ‘out of memory’ notice disappears but the ‘nonce key is invalid’ returns.
All cache is cleared; any fix for this?
Kind regards,
Neil

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Nonce is invalid.Another thing I did was I went into general settings and changed ‘Cache Reset Frequency’ to 1 day (I had it on 10 before) – try this and maybe check on it again in 24 hours?

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] 7.3.2 Comments Not Displaying on My SiteOk, fantastic!
It is working, now – BUT I got this message when I updated:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, array must have exactly two members in /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 305
Are you aware of this?
Why refer to the first post when there is a second post?
And is it not clear from my second post that I understood the point of your first response?
No worries, mate.
Hi Otacke,
If you see my response above, I’m pretty sure I didn’t just say ‘this doesn’t work’; I mentioned the operating systems, the browsers, the types of devices, the question types and the steps I took to try and resolve the issue… so, yeah, putting a smiley face at the end of your response doesn’t change the fact that it is patronising.
Also, my first step was to post in the forum that you linked me to but guess what? “It doesn’t work”; the forum wouldn’t allow me to log in.
🙂
Hi Otacke,
Thanks for getting back to me on this… The issue appeared on both a Windows device as well as an Apple Macbook, on Chrome for Windows, Chrome for IOS and Safari in two different locations: at his house and at his grandmother’s house – it’s pretty strange, not to mention, annoying.
The question types I have been using are drag text, single choice, multiple-choice and true/false – as far as I remember it happened with all these question types. The first time it happened, I got him to clear cache and I did so on the server and it worked. But then the issue reappeared after a few more exercises and clearing cache no longer worked – I even disabled the SG Plugin and it still did not work.
Have you come across this before?
Kind regards,
Neil@abidhasan112 thanks Abid… I’ve just tried it and it seems to be working fine… I appreciate the hard work…
yes, thank you very much!
