 * There is another thing that doesn’t work and that is perhaps linked with my problem:
I can’t display the “email” field in my profile form.
    This field is added in
back office in my form, but it’s impossible to display it in front office. I
tried to create another profile form to see if Something change with no success.(
and Ultimate member -> Settings -> Account “Allow users to change e-mail” is
   turned on)

 * Thank you for your help.
I Don’t find where to send an attached file. But I
guess the bellow code is clear : this what I get when viewing the html code of
the “update” button just after the first click on it : it is disabled, probably
by javascript, without any error displayed in the form or in the console : `<
   input disabled="disabled" class="um-button" type="submit" value="Mettre à jour
   les informations">`
 * Thank you for the others answers but is ther an easy way to restore original
default form “profile” to see if Something change ?
    Best regards
