  • Thank you for the detailed reply. I changed max_execution_time to 300 and still have the same issue. I deactivated all non-WooCommmerce plugins. Still no success. There are no error logs. Any ideas for next steps?

    Thank you for the reply. Why would it take any longer to enter 1000 than to enter 10? Isn’t it simply a different number? I just tried entering 1000 again and the website just kept spinning without doing anything. If there is a difference in processing time, this seems to be an issue with the programming, as someone would not want to have to wait a few minutes before their quantity is added to the cart… Another bit of information is I am not tracking inventory, so that calculation would not need to be happening.

    My memory_limit is 1024M
    My max_execution_time is 180.

    Please advise with any further ideas you might have. Thanks!

    What version of wordpress are you on? I wasn’t able to get the plugin to pick up documents on 4.4.10

    Looks like that worked. Is there any way to change div’s to line breaks? Now when I email out the post, it loses line breaks, I think because it is div’s on the website.

    Updating the table rate plugin fixed the issue. Thank you.

    I enabled another shipping method to test, and it works properly. So it looks like the problem is with the table rate shipping plugin…

    So you’re saying mine should be
    @v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
    instead of the Bluehost IP?

    Are you saying some email providers could see the mismatch and dump the email?

    Thanks for checking into this. Bluehost does those settings automatically, and I’m not sure I want to change them. In my case, I think item #4 from your link applies and my host has special settings they use… not sure though.

    Thanks for the note about your plugin. Looks useful.

    Ah, it’s been so long since I set it up that I forgot. I have MX routing configured on the server. So looks like this is resolved now, thanks.

    The admin says they have been getting all the emails, so it is working. Now I just don’t know what is setting the Jigoshop admin email address…

    One thing I do notice is that it’s still sending emails from an email address and I don’t have a clue how it’s able to do that, because I’ve changed the admin email and all the jigoshop emails and it’s still sending from the same old address… Maybe WP-mail-smtp is still working even though disabled? Not sure which email Jigoshop uses as the sending email but I thought it was the main WordPress admin one.

    I don’t know- but it has seemed to be reliable so far. Not sure if Bluehost has some backend functionality but I doubt it? I did see that people recommend a service like Mandrill. Do you recommend that?
