but still not understand how to translate this plugin

there is a folder could : languages , containing : 2 file :

1st : maxbuttons.mo
2nd : maxbuttons.pot

second file is contain the { forget about this }

I am talking about encoding issue

English language is ok with me

but way when typing Arabic and save the button it appear like this 1 2

It’s not a compliment (: , it really worth the translation

So I do the translation , but i think the problem is not a translation , the problem is encoding ,

i am not sure enough about this information .

so how i contact to give me the translation tool for language folder and .po files
