then when I put this return WWW form HTTP post back to [http://www.percederberg.net/tools/text_converter.html](http://www.percederberg.net/tools/text_converter.html) to recode it show and error “Conversion Error: URIError: URI malformed” * This might cause problem with paypal that don’t understand the information * I think this might help solve the bug or issue about this encoding problem *
