 * I changed to 2011 because the 2012 kept saying it was embarrassed but couldn’t
   find it…I was trying to restore the trash but couldn’t find the icon, so started
   again with a new theme…Now I’ve got it confused…HELP I just want ti copy [http://www.turningpoints.name](http://www.turningpoints.name)
   into the wp site….H E L P

 * Now when I have changed the theme to 2011, I can’t up load a new header it says:
   Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2013/03. Is its parent directory
   writable by the server?
 * I thought this was meant to be EASY!!

 * I have also alerted the sales team at ourinternet but have not yet had a reply.
   Thank you for YOUR prompt reply…I wish you would tell me WHY I need them (ourinternet)
   at all.. I want to relocate my website [http://www.turningpoints.name](http://www.turningpoints.name)
   to a wordpress site that WE can update, easily. , and can’t understand why ourinternet
   say I need to STILL be hosted by them….Could I start again and have it hosted
   by wordpress?
