In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] translationHi there,
I set my WordPress language to French, downloaded the French translation and I can see MailPoet 4.41.3 in French language:
Full size: https://d.pr/i/fliEVh
Do you see everything else on the admin area in French but MailPoet?
Can you try visiting Tableau de bord (Dashboard) > Mises à jour (Updates) and checking if there are any translations available to update?
Great to hear you like MailPoet! We love helping our customers forge meaningful connections with their audience.
Happy mailing!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] problema csvHi,
Let’s see if I understand what you mean:
- You have the following decimal separator settings: https://d.pr/i/UX3kVV
- You have product price that looks like this:
12,4
https://d.pr/i/nOooNX - You have product weight and dimensions that look like this:
12,4
: https://d.pr/i/hbTvX8 - You export this product, and look at the CSV. The price correctly has a
,
separator, but the dimensions are now using.
Is this what you were trying to explain?
Can you share more details on the problem this causes for you? I imported the CSV back that has the
12.4
weight instead of12,4
but the weight imported okay afterwards, showing,
as the separator: https://d.pr/i/zarZYWDo you experience a different behavior?
Hi there,
The problem appears to be that there is an unclosed form element on the page, here: https://d.pr/i/6mGi8x
This unclosed form makes the browser think you’re trying to include a form inside another form, which is not allowed, so the form element of MailPoet is ignored by the browser.
I recommend making sure that the
wpv-filter-506
form has its closing tag. It seems like this form is made by Toolset (they should be able to help you sort out the issue with the closing tag), as they use a similar naming structure. Can you try publishing the form to another page where you don’t use Toolset to confirm whether the form works well like that?Hi there,
My MailPoet popup form for signups suddenly not displaying properly. When I try to edit the form I get a blank page.
This sounds super frustrating! When you say other forms work okay, do you mean other MailPoet forms? I tried to edit popup and regular forms on my site and both worked well.
Were you able to edit the popup forms before? Do you know the approximate time of when the problem started happening? Have you made any changes to your site around that time (such as installing or updating plugins)?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Webhooks are not sent from WoocommerceHi,
Thanks for sharing the error logs! Based on the logs, it seems the PHP error is triggered by your theme:
flatsome-child
.Some errors point to the
functions.php
file, line351
– as it’s a child theme, and the errors point to the functions.php file can you check if you have any custom code there?Other errors point to a custom template file in the theme:
flatsome-child/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php:26
. Did you perhaps customize thethankyou.php
page?If you temporarily switch to the parent theme, Flatsome, are you still able to reproduce these errors?
Hi,
Thanks for clarifying what you’re looking to do!
There are some parts of your goal that can be done with MailPoet, and there are some others that would require the assistance of a developer.
What can be done with MailPoet:
- Creating a subscription form on Website A using our Form Editor.
- Once the form is created, find the “Shortcode & Other” option in the form placement section, and select the option to get the iFrame version of the form.
- With the iFrame code acquired, you can use it on Website B to show the subscription form for website A.
What you’ll need a developer’s assistance with:
MailPoet does not have any option to create a popup to display the iFrame on your site. Please note that the MailPoet support team will not be able to help with that.
Hi there,
I take a look at this, too, doing the following:
- Switched the WordPress language from English to German
- The translation update prompt showed up
- I clicked on update translations and they were downloaded
The translation update happened https://d.pr/i/Z22sWl and the prompt disappeared. This is the correct behavior for sites that have multiple languages, or switch the language.
I also tried installing Use Client’s Time Zone but it made no difference on my site. Updating the translations cleared up the notice with no problems, and without adding a new language, I didn’t get the translation update prompt again.
What happens if you try to update the translations? Which plugins’ translations are updated?
Hi Jessica,
That sounds frustrating!
Can you share a screenshot of the email you sent to see which emojis were included?
Do you know if the emails were opened on mobile or desktop? Did the recipients use a browser, or an email client? Are you able to share a screenshot of how the email looked there?
I tried sending emojis in both the Subject line and in a paragraph and they displayed fine.
Email in MailPoet: https://d.pr/i/zmMyCO
Email in client: https://d.pr/i/QzlI25Hi,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot! I checked it and I’m not sure what is the issue here – could you please elaborate on that?
Hi there @gjur
Are you able to send a test email to yourself?
Are you sending with MailPoet sending service, or Other? You can check that at MailPoet > Settings > Send with… tab.
I recommend looking through this article: The Newsletters Are Not Being Received to help identify any possible issues with the sending.
Let me know if that helps!
Hi there, thanks for reporting this!
We were able to reproduce it on our end. We asked our developers to look into it, and they were able to issue a fix. They confirmed the fix will not make it into next week’s release, but it might land in the release after.
Thanks again for the heads-up on this!
Hi @graichura
I understand that people who want to adjust their subscription preferences end up on a 404 page.
If you remove the custom code you added do you still experience the same problem?
I created a new page on my test site, added
[mailpoet_manage_subscription]
and I was able to access the page and edit my preferences without any problems.Hi there @naomispirit
Glad you were able to sort the issue! Can you share more information on how you fixed the problem? This could help others who face the same.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Returns appear at zero in some periods on the income reportHi @carazo
Can you share a screenshot of your Analytics > Settings > Import historical data area?
If you see the “Ready to Import” text, see the screenshot: https://d.pr/i/zMAspo then please press the Start button and import this data. Does that make any difference?
Also, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Failed and search for “wc-admin_import” and send me a screenshot of the first two pages. Screenshot: https://d.pr/i/fWyZId
