 * I have created two tickets A and B.
   Ticket A 60 pieces.Ticket B 30 pieces.
 * I would like that when ticket A is sold out, ticket B can also not be purchased.
   Ticket B is only an upgrade for Ticket A. Several Tickets A can be purchased 
   with one booking, but only one Ticket B at a time. Ticket B can never be purchased
   on its own.
 * How can this be realized?
