 * Hi there.
 * I’m having the same issue. I deleted the .htaccess file and was able to change
   my permalink options, but every time the .htaccess file reappears, I am unable
   to navigate the WordPress Dashboard without it prompting me to download the .
   php file for the link instead of taking me to the actual page. How can I override
   this permanently?
