 * Sure, easy!
    I make staff images all the same size – I use 300 x 350
 * 1. Add “New Member”
    2. In the bottom right hand corner, it says “Feature Image”
   3. Click the link “set featured image”, find your image and you are good to go.
 * I also play around with unordered lists in formatting the content.
