After further revision, it is a concern of all my mails. They all have a different email body than what has been set.
Here is a screenshot of a “Pending Payment” email and configuration.

As you can observe, MailPoet ignores the email body (Additional content) settings in WooCommerce

As you can see, the email body received is different from what I have set in WooCommerce. Only the email Headers matches.
