Basically i can add shortcodes in uber menu but what i get is the Radio button with the link text underneath rather than it actually linking from the radio button itself. From what i see the popup maker only has [popup] and [/popup] so it will always need content in between those so i wont be able to wrap the top level menu item with that.I hope that makes sense.
