 * Ended up being my Twenty Eleven theme. Switched to classic WP and running fine.

 * Well Ipower suggested I optimize my database, (Done) and disable plugins, (Done).
 *  Didn’t help any- I have reinstated 5 or so plugins. I also installed a cache
   plugin but that doesn’t seem to help either.(DB Cache Reloaded Fix).
 *  Here is Ipowers response.

   reasons why a website or web page loading slowly. The WordPress Plugins are a
   great way to add special functionality to a website. However, many plugins often
   increase the size of each page and load unnecessary CSS files and JavaScript.
   So be sure to deactivate any plugins which are not being used. Also, please optimize
   your database and images to increase the loading speed.
 * Additionally, you can consider using a caching plugin such as WP total cache 
   or WP super cache to optimize the website for its performance. Caching can drastically
   improve the website performance by storing generated pages and serving them instead
   of creating them on the fly which involves lots of PHP processing and more significantly
   MySQL database access. ”

    yes, you’re correct this should be in the beta section. I did the
   normal deactivating plugins and I am using the Twenty-Eleven. I switched themes
   just to see if that caused it.
 *  I have a trouble ticket in with the host now. I’ll see what they find before
   reposting.
