 * I did update to the newest verison: 6.0.5 and enable it again. Looks like it 
   works fine for now. No JSON errors so far

 * I found the solution in another post.
 * In my wpconfig the PHPMailer\PHPMailer\SMTP class was defined before the WP core
   can.
 * Issue is solved now and i’m able to use the plugin.

   but for some reason when I activate the Action Scheduler plugin it does not appear
   in the tools section.
